Pablo Torre recently highlighted a little-known detail from his collaboration with Wired: John Eversole, the head of security at Madison Square Garden, appears to be a cat enthusiast—or at least someone who poses with a cat fitted with hot-pink paw covers on a handgun, based on his own Facebook photos.
More intriguingly, Torre noted that Eversole’s boss, Knicks and Rangers owner James Dolan, holds a strong “disdain for dogs,” according to a sworn affirmation from a former MSG Security vice president in a civil lawsuit against Eversole and Dolan’s company. This alleged dislike reportedly led Eversole to keep K-9 bomb-sniffing dogs away from Dolan whenever he walked around the Garden.
Torre then connected this to a 2018 team video featuring Rangers legend Adam Graves, underscoring the quirky dynamics behind the scenes at MSG.
