After the painful defeat in El Clásico that secured Barcelona their 29th La Liga title, Real Madrid coach Álvaro Arbeloa faced the media, acknowledging the disappointment while offering a message of hope to fans.

“We can’t say much because we understand the frustration and disillusionment. The only thing we can do is work and look ahead. We know Real Madrid always comes back, and right now I understand the anger of the fans because we feel it too,” said the 43-year-old coach.
Arbeloa also commented on Kylian Mbappé’s absence. “There are two weeks left, and depending on how his discomfort evolves, we’ll see if he can play or not. I would have liked him to be at 100% and to start from the beginning.”
Regarding the controversial moment involving Eric García and Jude Bellingham, Arbeloa said, “It seemed clear to me that there was an elbow. We’ll have to ask why VAR didn’t intervene, but congratulations to Barcelona. We’ll fight in the remaining three matches.”
He also urged his players to maintain professionalism until the end. “We can’t give up. We defend something much bigger than all of us—the Real Madrid badge—and we must show our pain in the upcoming games.”
